What Are The Correct Operating Steps For A Micro Tiller?

With the popularization of Mechanised agriculture, many farmers have their own micro tillers, which most users can use. However, as a mechanical equipment, the micro tiller must have correct operation steps.
1. When the micro tiller is first started, it is necessary to test run each gear and adjust the engine to medium speed. First gear: Grasp the clutch handle with your left hand, release the clutch, pull the gear lever back with your right hand, and enter first gear. Slowly release the clutch handle with your left hand to engage the clutch. At the same time, gently push the throttle to increase the throttle, and the micro tiller will start working in first gear, causing the micro tiller to test run forward. If the operation is normal, then shift to second gear and reverse gear in sequence and conduct a test run as described above. The trial run of each gear should be maintained for about half an hour, and if there are any problems, the machine should be immediately shut down for repair.
2. Before starting the operation officially, install the corresponding cutting tools according to the requirements to see if they interfere with the machine body or have obvious rotation jamming. Only after ensuring that everything is correct can we go down to work.
3. Before starting the micro tiller, check whether the fuel (gasoline or diesel) is sufficient, whether there is oil in the air filter, and whether the clutch is in a disengaged state. Most gasoline engines are started by hand, and the choke switch should be operated to the open position when starting. When starting with a hand pull, it is necessary to slowly pull out the hand pull rope and suddenly pull when the force is felt to increase. If it cannot be started, just repeat the operation a few times. After the machine starts, it needs to be pulled up and reset. Most diesel micro tillers use electric starting, which is relatively simple.
4. After the micro tiller is started, put the gearbox in neutral, engage the main clutch, let the engine run for a few minutes, and carefully observe whether the engine leaks oil, whether the smoke is normal, whether the connection of the moving parts of the micro tiller is abnormal, etc. Work can only begin if it is normal.
