What we need to know about micro tillers

1. Before tillage, the micro tiller should first check the oil and lubricating oil conditions of various components such as the engine, transmission box, rotary tiller box, air filter, and transmission chain shaft.
2. The micro tiller must undergo a running-in period of 60 hours during use, during which it cannot operate at excessive speeds or loads.
3. The initial use of the machine should not exceed 20 hours, and the engine and gearbox should be replaced with lubricating oil. In the future, it should be replaced every 50 hours of operation.
4. Check the cooling water (diesel engine cold engine)
5. Regularly clean and replace the air filter element, fuel filter element, and lubricating oil filter element
6. To check the flexibility of each operating part of the micro tiller, whether the bolts and nuts are loose, detached, or have oil leakage, lubricating oil must be added to each bolt and moving part every 30-50 hours of use.
7. It is necessary to refer to the user manual of the supporting engine for maintenance, and use the specified grade of engine lubricating oil.
